The Haryana Armed Police is divided into five battalions, three of which are based at Madhuban near Karnal and to battalions are based at Ambala and Hisar. The Headquarter of the department is located at the Sector 6, Panchkula previously it was located in the Chandigarh. The State Armed Police is presently headed by Shri Yash Pal Singal, IPS, DGP/HAP (Additional Charge). The Tripura Public Service Commission is a government owned body which organizes various exams for Tripura government department. The Tripura Public Service Commission was established on 30th October,1972. The very first chairman of T.P.S.C was Sri G.P.Bagchi. The Commission is, at present, located at the old Assembly House of Tripura, at Akhaura Road, Agartala. Tripura Public Service Commission has a very important role to play in framing rules and regulations in the department. There functions is to conduct examinations for appointment to various services of the State. They make direct recruitment to their sub ordinates and to ministerial services. They advice the department on all disciplinary matters affecting a person serving under the government. They advice the government to matters on referred to the commission by the governor. They can promote and demote any employee by there own will. If they see that any employee is not working up to the mark they can quickly remove them by handling him/her resignation.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

FOR THE POST OF PRINCIPAL: Candidates applying for this post must have a master degree with at least 55% marks from recognized university/board.

FOR THE POST OF DIRECTOR: Candidates who are applying for this post must completed there M.SC with 50% marks in in Forensic Science (with Physics/Mathematics as one of the subjects) or in Physics /Mathematics /Chemistry /Bio-Chemistry /Botany /Zoology /Micro-Biology /Bio Technology /Physical Anthropology /Genetics (with Botany or Zoology as one of the subjects) or MD Degree in Medicine or equivalent from a recognized University.

FOR THE POST OF DEPUTY DIRECTOR: Candidates who are applying for this post must have completed there Master’s degree from any recognized university/board.

FOR THE POST OF INSPECTOR/FISHERY OFFICER: Candidates who are applying for this post  should have B.F.Sc. or M.F.Sc. / D.F.Sc. from a recognized university and bachelor degree in science with Zoology as one of the subject from a recognized university with 1 year Post Graduation certificate course in Fisheries science from CIFE.

AGE LIMIT:

FOR PRINCIPAL: Maximum 50 years not less than 50.

FOR DIRECTOR: The age limit for this post is between 40 to 50 years of age.

FOR DEPUTY DIRECTOR:  Upto 40 years and not more than that.

FOR INSPECTOR/FISHERY OFFICER:  The age of the candidate should be 40 years and should not be exceeding more than that.

SALARY STRUCTURE

FOR PRINCIPAL: :Rs.13,575-67,000/-pm.

FOR DIRECTOR:The pay scale is 13575-37000/-pm

FOR DEPUTY DIRECTOR: Rs 15600-39100/-pm

The Meghalaya Police is the law enforcement agency for the state of Meghalaya in India. It was earlier part of the Assam Police until 1972 when the separate State of Meghalaya was created.  The Meghalaya Police is headed by the Director General of Police.  The Total Sanctioned Strength of Meghalaya Police is 12,911 personnel, with an actual strength of 10,956. All serve in various positions .The headquarters of the Meghalaya Police is located on the Secretariat Hill, Shillong.  The Primary Objectives of Meghalaya Police is as follows : (1) To emerge as the trusted, dependable and resolute Law Enforcement Agency of the State. (2)  To maintain public order through Community Participation. (3)  To collect and communicate actionable intelligence affecting the public peace and tranquility. (4)  To prevent the commission of offenses and public nuisances. (5)  To detect and bring offenders to justice by adopting scientific methods and technology and to apprehend all persons whom he is legally authorized to apprehend with absolute respect to Human Rights.  (6) To Aid Individuals, who are in danger of physical harm to their person or property, and to provide necessary help and afford relief to people in distress situations.  (7)  To facilitate orderly movement of people and vehicles, and to control and regulate traffic on roads and highways.

ELIGIBILITY :

The following shall be the eligibility criteria for recruitment to various posts:

1. Only Indian Citizens domiciled in Meghalaya are eligible to apply.

2. Candidates should be able to speak read and write at least one of the regional languages of the State.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :

For Asst Jailors & Commandos  :  Degree passed in any stream.

For Warders/Naik  :  Matric/SSLC Passed and above.

For Driver/Barbers/ /cooks/ Electrician cum Plumbers  :  Class 8 passed and above.

AGE LIMIT :

  1.  A candidate for Asst Jailors should not be less than 22 years and more than 27 years as on with usual relaxation of 5 years in case of candidates belonging to the SC/ST.
  2. A candidate for other categories should not be less than 18 years and more than 27 years with usual relaxation of 5 years in case of candidates belonging to the SC/ST.

SELECTION PROCEDURE :

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in –

  1.  Physical test
  2.  Medical test
  3.  Written examination
  4.  Personal interview

SYLLABUS FOR THE WRITTEN EXAM :

Elementary Arithmetic.
General English.
Logical Reasoning/Mental Ability.
Assam History,Geography and polity
Economy of Assam.
General Awareness/General Knowledge.

PHYSICAL STANDARDS :

Height:

Male (ST including Other tribes of Meghalaya) – 162 Cm
Male (Others) – 167 Cm

Female (ST including Other tribes of Meghalaya) – 157 Cm
Female (Others) -160 Cm

PHYSICAL MEASUREMENT TEST (PMT) :-

Candidates should bring the temporary admit cards to appear for the PMT. Candidates who do not meet the standards of minimum Height requirement as prescribed will be rejected and further test events of such rejected candidates will not be conducted.

TESTS :

Candidates should bring the following documents with them at the time of appearing for the tests:
1 . Original SC/ST Certificates for SC/ST candidates.
2. Original Birth Certificate of HSLC/SSLC Certificates, or their equivalent testifying the date of birth..
3. Original education Qualification Certificates/ Additional Qualifications Certificates.
4. Pen Clipboard. Short Pants, Canvas Shoes, etc.
5. Copy of treasury challan.

PHYSICAL TESTS :

8oo metres for male minimum required 8 minutes and 500 metres under video coverage and for female candidates minimum 8 minutes under Video coverage.

CONDUCT OF WRITTEN EXAMINATION :

Only those candidates who qualify in the Physical Efficiency Tests will be allowed to appear at the Written Examination which will be conducted at the time, venue and date to be notified by the Central Recruitment Board.

MEDICAL TEST :

Medical Tests will be conducted only in respect of Candidates who have been selected for appointment. No fees will be paid by any candidate for medical examination.

TEST FOR SPECIALIZED JOBS :

The Central Recruitment Board will conduct specific trade tests of qualifying nature for those candidates who have qualified in the written tests for selection of drivers, mechanics.

BONUS MARKS  :

The following categories of candidates shall be awarded 5 bonus marks which will be added to their total score: (i) Home Guards Volunteers (ii) Holders of a ‘B’ ‘C’ certificate of National Cadet Corps (iii) Children of Non-gazetted police personnel of Meghalaya Police. (iv) Sports persons who have represented the State at the national level. All claims for bonus marks should be indicated in the application form and supported with copies of documents in support of such claims. Original certificates from the competent authority shall be produced by the candidates claiming bonus marks, to verify the eligibility of candidates to these claims.

RECRUITMENT BOARD :

Police Establishment Board shall act as Recruitment Board.  To Conduct Physical Test/ Written Test and Interview, Officers will be appointed and these Officers will submit the results to Police Establishment Board in order of Merit for Final Approval.

DECLARATION OF RESULT :–  

After the approval of the Police Establishment Board, result will be tentatively declared.

APPOINTMENTS :

After all the formalities appointment shall be issued by the appropriate appointing authority.

BASIC TRAINING :

As Police training is compulsory for any Police Personnel newly appointed, all the appointed candidates should undergo basic training at Police Training School,  at the first convenient time.   Candidates who has been selected and cannot join the Training Centre within one month of the commencement of training for any reason shall be cancelled and shall forfeit the job.

WHO CAN APPLY :

Candidates fulfilling all the eligibility standards mentioned in the Notification can apply for the Meghalaya Police Recruitment’s before the last date whichever is  mentioned in the Notification.

INDIAN ARMY PERMANENT COMMISSION RECRUITMENT (TECHNICAL ENTRY SCHEME COURSE)

 

Indian Army has recently issued a notification and have invited applications from the  unmarried Male Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics  for the grant of Permanent Commission in the Army after four years of Basic Military Training and Technical Training.  The Online Application registration start from 8th November 2016 and close on 7th December 2016.

Educational Qualification : Only those candidates who have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized education board are eligible to apply for this entry. Eligibility condition for calculating PCM % of various state / central boards will be based on marks obtained in class XII only.

Age Limit  :   A candidate must not be below 16½ years and above 19½ years on the first day of the month in which the course is commencing i.e. the candidate should not be born before 01 Jan 1998 and not after 01 Jan 2001 (both days inclusive).

Stipend / Pay and Allowances  : The candidates will be given a stipend of ₹ 21,000/- p.m. (₹ 15,600/- as pay in Pay Band plus Grade Pay of ₹ 5,400/-) as is admissible to NDA cadets on completion of 3 years training. On completion of 4 Years training they will be commissioned in the rank of Lt and entitled to pay as admissible to the rank.

Selection Process  :

(a) Candidates will be shortlisted based on cut% applied as decided by the Rtg Dte.
(b) Shortlisted candidates will be intimated via e-mail /sms regarding their
Selection Centre allotment.
(c) Once Selection Centre has been allotted, candidates will select their SSB dates on first cum first service basis by logging on to respective Selection Centre links forwarded via e-mail.
(d) Short listed candidates will be put through Services Selection Board (SSB) interview at Bhopal, Bangalore or Allahabad. Interviews will be held in Aug/Sep 2016 onwards.
(e) Duration of SSB interviews is five days. During their stay at SSB, Candidates are put through Psychological Test, Group Test and an Interview.
(f) Candidates will be put through stage – I of the selection procedure on the first day. Only successful candidates shall be retained for balance of the testing. Candidates who fail to qualify in stage – I, will be returned on the first day itself, Stage I are psychologically originated test including intelligence test.
(g) Successful candidates at the SSB will be required to undergo medical test lasting 3 to 5 days less Sundays and gazetted holidays.
(h) Candidates recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit, will be appointed for training in the order of merit, depending on the number of vacancies available.
(i) The finally selected candidates will execute all the Bonds/Certificates as prescribed for the Cadets of NDA entry under Al 53/78.
(j) Candidates appearing for SSB interview for the first time for a particular type of commission shall be entitled for AC III tier to and fro railway fare or bus fare including reservation cum sleeper charges within the Indian limits. Candidates who apply again for the same type of commission will not entitled to travelling allowance on any subsequent occasion.

Educational Qualification :

  • To apply for Ordnance Factory Recruitment, the candidates must possess 10th class/12th Class/Diploma/ITI /Graduation in relevant specialization from any approved Institution or Board.
  • The candidate must also possess National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) or National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

Age limit  : 

Individuals applying must have attained a minimum age limit of 18 years. Exam Pattern :

  • The paper would be bilingual, i.e, it would be printed in Hindi as well as in English.
  • The paper would require to be answered in OMR sheets.

  • The Written Exam for Workman Consists of One Paper and Two Parts Part A & Part B.

(b) Quantitative Aptitude (10 Questions) – The candidate will be tested for general mathematics of upto 10th Standard involving number systems, equations in two variables, simple and compound interest, perimeter, area and volume of geometrical figures, Direct and inverse proportions, Pythagoras theorem and trigonometry.

(c) NCVT Trade (80 Questions)  –Questions from the NCVT Syllabus of relevant trade.

(d) There will be no interview for filling up of these vacancies.

(e) Trade test : The syllabus for trade test (Practical) will as per Trade Test Specification of the Semi Skilled grade of the relevant trade. Viva-voce, if any, considered necessary to test the skill of the candidate being considered for recruitment, will essentially form part of Trade Test.

Examination Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 50/- through SBI Challan or through Net Banking using Debit card/ Credit Card or through E-Challan of post office.
No fee for SC/ ST/ Females & Ex-Servicemen candidates.

Height

Height  (Male)     –    170 cms  and For ST Candidates –  162.5 cms
Height (Female)  –    157 cms  and For ST Candidates –  150 cms

Chest (only for male candidates)

Unexpended      –  80 cms
Expanded          –   Minimum expansion 5 cms

2. Click on “Application Form for the post of CT (Technical & Tradesmen)-2015 through Direct Recruitment”.
3. Select the desired State.
4. Fill all the details carefully & Submit the form.
5. Now take printout of online application for future use.
