Branch Managers

Qualification : Must possess comprehensive knowledge of Consumer Banking products (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments) and also have an in – depth exposure to Banking Operational Processes.

Desired Qualification – MBA (with specialization in Finance /Marketing)

Age :  Not more than 35 years of age

Experience :   6 – 9 yrs in the Banking industry.

Relationship Manager

Minimum Qualification : Graduation in any stream from a recognized University.

Age : not more then 30 yrs of age

Experience :  3 – 5 yrs

Sales Executive  

Qualification :  Graduation in any stream from a recognized University.

Experience  :  0 – 5 years

Age  :  25 years – 28 years

Bank Clerk  

Qualification  :  Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.

Age  :  Not below 21 years and not above 30 years

Probationary Officers(PO)

Qualification  :  Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Age  :  Not below 21 years and not above 30 years.

Security Officers 

Age limit  :  Shall not exceed 45 years.

Experience  :   Applicant should have served as Captain / Major in Army, Navy or Air Force.



Probationary Officer (PO)  : Rs. 37,072.00

Clerk  :  Rs.7,200-19,300/-pm

Bank Manager :  Rs 589,399 per year



Aptitude Test : The Aptitude test will be be of 2 hrs and will be administered online. The test will assess the proficiency of candidates in the areas of :
1. Logic and Reasoning Skills
2. English Language Skills
3. Quantitative/ Numerical ability
4. Personal Assessment

Group Discussion & Personal Interview:
Based on case studies, the group discussions are mainly conducted to judge applicants on their analytical thinking, approach to hypothetical building around business situations and the ability to break down complex problems to arrive at simple solutions.  All applicants are expected to go through the interview round, which is the final step in the selection process.

(v) Valid proof of identity such as PAN card/Passport/Voter ID Card/Driving License/Permanent Identity Card issued by the present employer or any other valid proof of identification with a photograph should be produced at the time of aptitude test/ Group Discussion/ interview to be conducted by the Bank.
