PROBATIONARY OFFICER

Qualification : Candidates who are applying for the post must have completed there graduation from any recognize university/board with a minimum of 55% marks.

[1] Rajbhasha Adhikari :   The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi with English as one of the subject from recognized University with 60% marks. Or Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as one of the subject at graduation level from a recognized University with 55% marks. Preference shall be given to the candidates having experience of translation from English to Hindi and vice versa.

Age :  Candidates should be in the age group of 21-30 years

[2] Law Officers :  Having passed 3/5 years Professional Degree in Law with minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience : Preference will be given to those candidates who are handling legal matters at corporate offices of Banks/ Financial Institutions.

Age : Candidates should be in the age group of 21-30 years.

[3] Personnel Officer :  The candidate should have secured minimum 60% marks in Graduation/ Post Graduation along with following professional qualification.

Professional Qualification : The candidate should have full time (i.e. Correspondence/ distance learning programme shall not be considered) Master’s Degree in Business Management/ Administration/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with minimum 60% marks with specialization in Human Resource Management. Degree in Law (Professional/ Academic) would have preference.

Age : Candidates should be in the age group of 21-30 years.

[4] Risk Management Officers : The candidate should be Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/Institute along with following professional qualification.

Professional Qualification : The candidate should have full time (i.e. correspondence/ distance learning programme shall not be considered) Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Risk Management/ Finance with minimum 60 % marks from a recognized University/ Institutions.

Experience : Candidate having experience in the field of Risk management/ Treasury Operations will be given preference.

Age :  Candidates should be in the age group of 21-30 years

[5] Information Technology Officers :  The candidate should be B.E. / B.Tech. (with Computer Science/ IT) / Graduate/ Post Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ B.C.A / MCA from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks.

Experience : Candidate having 1-2 years’ experience in any IT Company/ institutions will be given preference.

SPECIALIST OFFICERS GRADE/SCALE II

[1] Law Officer : Candidate should have passed 3/5 years Professional Degree in Law with minimum 55% marks from recognized University/ Institute.

Experience  Minimum one year experience in the Law Department of a Bank/ Financial Institution. Candidate should be able to handle legal matters at corporate Office

Age :  Not more than -35 years

[2] Credit Officer :  The candidate should be Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/Institute along with following professional qualification.

Professional Qualification : The candidate should be full time ( i.e. correspondence/ distance learning programme shall not be considered) Master of Business Administration (Finance)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University or AICTE approved Institute/ C.A. from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Experience : Having minimum -2- years’ experience in the field of credit in Scheduled Commercial Banks/ Financial Institutions.

Age : Candidate should be in the age group of 25 – 35 years

Qualification :  Candidate should have passed Graduation/ Post Graduation with minimum 55% of marks in either of Graduation/ Post Graduation examination having either of the streams of Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Agriculture/ B. Tech/MCA/BCA and MBA, from a recognized university/ Institute to the satisfaction of the Bank. Proficiency in Computer knowledge and knowledge of Hindi & English languages are essential.

SALARY STRUCTURE 

CLERK: Rs 203,313 per year.

P.O: Rs 303,133 per year.

ASSISTANT MANAGER: Rs 355,315 per year.

MANAGER: Rs 405,133 per year.

SPECIALIST OFFICERS IN GRADE/SCALE-I : Rs. 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2- 32850-1310/7-42020 Plus Special Allowance @ 7.75% of Basic Pay and applicable Dearness Allowance thereon.

SPECIALIST OFFICERS IN GRADE/SCALE-II : Rs. 31705-1145/1-32850-1310/10-45950 Plus Special Allowance @ 7.75% of Basic Pay and applicable Dearness Allowance thereon.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEES :  The Trainee, so engaged, shall be for a period of two years on payment of consolidated lump sum stipend of Rs. 22,000.00 per month during first year and Rs. 27,000.00 per month in the second year of assignment. On successful completion of two years period, the Management Trainees are absorbed in Officers’ Grade/Scale-I as confirmed officer, treating the two years period as Probation Period.
